The Western Offshore Clamp On Project (WOCP) Group A focuses on strengthening the infrastructure at the SG and LE wellhead platforms within the Mumbai High Asset. The project involves the installation of clamp-on conductors, along with deck extensions and jacket strengthening to enhance the structural integrity and functionality of the platforms. To achieve these objectives, the scope includes everything from project management and multiple phases of surveying—such as pre-engineering, pre-construction, and post-construction surveys—to design and engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, and offshore execution. It also covers the dismantling and safe disposal of existing components that were removed during the process. In total, the campaign spans work across six platforms, all requiring tight coordination, technical precision, and offshore execution expertise to bring it all together effectively.
