In December 2025, AJR participated in the Aspire Job Fair organized by Pillai College of Engineering, Panvel. The event received an enthusiastic response from students, providing an excellent platform to connect with them and showcase career opportunities at AJR. It also offered valuable networking opportunities, allowing our team to interact with Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) from various institutions and meet Mr. Deshmukh, Director of the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT).
